Shipping and returns

The full policies are split in two, because they answer different questions. Both form part of the terms and conditions.

The short version

We deliver to the 27 EU countries and Canada. Nowhere else — not the US, not the UK.
Dispatch in 3 business days after payment clears, then 7–20 business days in transit depending on destination.
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders of €69 or more; below that it is a flat €5.00 to every country we serve.
Plain outer box, no branding, neutral sender name, neutral billing descriptor. The customs declaration is a legal document and must describe the goods accurately.
EU VAT is shown separately and included at checkout. Above €150 in goods value the parcel falls outside IOSS and the carrier collects import VAT on delivery.
14 days to change your mind — but opening a hygiene seal ends that right for that item, by law.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered, sealed or not, for two years, and we pay the postage.
