These are the warnings and care instructions that apply to what we sell, grouped by the kind of item. The same text is printed on the card inside every parcel and shown on each product page. Read the section that matches what you bought.

Report a safety problem
If a product arrives damaged, breaks in use, has a sharp edge, or causes an injury, stop using it and tell us. Email [email protected] with the order number, the product, photographs if you have them, and what happened. We log every report, and we are required to act on and escalate reports that indicate a product is unsafe.
Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation we must also give you the manufacturer and EU responsible person for each product. Those details are shown on every product page.
