PLEASE NOTE: Your Shipping Confirmation email includes your tracking number. Find your email in your junk folder/main inbox/or Updates Tab (Gmail)

Your can track the status of your order by going to the “ORDER STATUS” page and simply using your ORDER ID and BILLING EMAIL.

I Didn't Get An Order Confirmation Email

DO NOT WORRY

98% of the time your order confirmation email is on your SPAM folder.  Just go to your SPAM  folder and look for it.  You should look for an email from Onyx Bunny.

Other times, the customer makes a mistake typing their email address.

If you don’t see your Order Confirmation email, request it again using the CONTACT ONYX BUNNY page.

IF YOU HAVE AN UNKNOWN CHARGE (YOU DON’T THINK YOU PLACED AN ORDER FOR THIS WEBSITE, WWW.ONYXBUNNY.COM, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO customerservice@onyxbunny.com with the exact charge amount and date of charge according to your bank statement along with your complete name. A representative will get back to you ASAP.

I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are My Other Items?

We ship every item separately from different warehouses.

Please check your “Your Order Has Shipped” email to track each item individually.

Do I Have To Pay Custom Fees?

Not if your shipping address is within the United States.

However, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes, but before you receive the “Your Order Is Getting Ready To Ship” email.

Simply reply to your “Order Confirmation” email with the address change request and corrected/new shipping address.

I have entered the tracking number, but I cannot see information about the parcel?

Tracking information updates as soon as the parcel is marked in post offices of the recipient country (usually it takes not more than 2-3 weeks from receiving the tracking number). If the tracking status marks “Shipment Cancelled” or you notice anything abnormal, please email us at customerservice@onyxbunny.com

 

You Sell A Product That Has My Artwork/Design, Why?

Onyx Bunny (www.onyxbunny.com) does not create/design/manufacture/etc.. any of the products listed. We simply list other multiple 3rd party products. If you have a copyrighted property being used and listed in our website, simply send us a copy of your copyright certificate or relevant information and request the listing(s) to be taken down.
